A gentleman that worked the front desk, named John, was particularly helpful in many ways. He always greeted customers with a smile and eager to be of help. “It's quiet and comfortable. The king room we stayed in had a unique, pleasing design. The restaraunt was wonderful, and they have a hot breakfast. They are also pet friendly. We will definitely stay there next time we're in Carlsbad.“
